Ownership of Content

All content on the Platforms — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, AI models, workflows, dashboards, templates, reports, code, tools, and other materials (“Content”) — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maximus Digital AI or its licensors. This includes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and all other intellectual property rights.

Our proprietary AI systems and automation technology are strictly protected.

 

Use of Content

You may view and use the Platforms for your personal or internal business reference only.

Limited Sharing: You may share individual pages or posts for non-commercial purposes only if you provide clear attribution (“Maximus Digital AI”) and link back to the original page.

All other uses are strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. This includes copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works from, scraping, or commercially exploiting any Content.

 

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use any of our AI tools, workflows, templates, or systems outside of an active paid engagement.

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

• Use our Content in any way that is misleading, defamatory, or competitive to Maximus Digital AI.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI technology or underlying systems.

 

User-Generated Content & Client Data

When you upload photos, plans, job data, calendars, CRM records, or other materials through our client portals or Services (“User Content”), you grant Maximus Digital AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access, use, process, and store that content solely to deliver and improve the AI services (estimating, site tracking, scheduling, etc.).

You remain the owner of your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to provide it. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

 

Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe any Content on our Platforms infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Platforms.

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

• Your physical or electronic signature.
